All tickets go into one fishbowl. Draw tickets one at a time for each prize.
Option 2: Multiple Bowls
One fishbowl per prize. Guests choose which prize they want to try for.

We've seen this become a popularity contest where people give chips to friends, delaying the count significantly. The raffle system is fairer and faster.
