1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Huntsville Casino Parties (a division of BAMA Casino Company), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Huntsville Casino Parties provides casino night entertainment services throughout Huntsville and North Alabama, including but not limited to: professional casino table rentals (blackjack, poker, roulette, craps), trained dealers, and casino event coordination for corporate events, fundraisers, private parties, and weddings. Our casino party services are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve real gambling or actual monetary wagering.

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your event date
• Final payment is due prior to or on the day of the event
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings
• Additional fees may apply for events outside our standard service area

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances with a full refund

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a suitable venue with adequate space for equipment setup
• Ensure the venue is accessible for equipment loading and unloading
• Provide adequate electrical outlets as specified
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment during the event
• Not allow actual gambling or monetary wagering at the event

6. Equipment and Liability

• All equipment remains the property of Huntsville Casino Parties
• Client is responsible for any damage to equipment during the event
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment
• We maintain appropriate insurance for our services

7. No Gambling Disclaimer

Huntsville Casino Parties provides entertainment services only. No real money gambling occurs at any of our events. All chips and currency used are for entertainment purposes only and have no cash value. We comply with all state and federal laws regarding gaming and entertainment.

8. Photography and Media

We may photograph or video events for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing. Client grants permission for such use unless explicitly prohibited in the service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Huntsville Casino Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huntsville Casino Parties, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
